About Us
Nashville Porta Potty Rentals Flushway is a local porta potty rental company in Nashville, TN — our own units, our own service route, and a phone number that reaches the people running it.
Calls only — we do not run a quote form. Open daily 7AM–9PM.
Who We Are
Nashville Porta Potty Rentals Flushway rents portable toilets, restroom trailers and handwash stations across Nashville, TN. We own the units, we drive the service route, and we take the bookings ourselves.
The business started on the supply side — selling toilet tissue, hand soap, sanitizer and amenity sets by the case to other operators, event crews and site managers. Renting out units was the natural next step, because we already knew what a restroom runs out of and how fast.
That order of events still shows in how we work. Restocking is not an afterthought bolted onto a pumping schedule; it is the part of the job we started with.
How We Work
None of this is remarkable. It is just the part of a rental that tends to slip when a company grows past its own service route.
Headcount, hours, whether alcohol is being served, how many trades are on site. We would rather talk you down to four units than sell you six that sit unused.
Delivery, the agreed service visits, restocking and pickup are quoted together. You should not get a separate line item for collecting a unit you already paid to have delivered.
On level, compacted ground the service truck can still reach in three weeks, when the site has changed shape. Bad placement on day one becomes a missed service visit later.
Add a unit, move one, pull the pickup forward, add a service visit before a site inspection. It is a phone call, not a ticket and a wait.
Why Local Matters Here
Two calls come in that no schedule predicts. The first is a crew that doubled overnight, so a unit that was fine on a weekly visit now needs servicing on Wednesday. The second is an event that added a couple of hundred guests three days out.
Both are solvable if the person taking the call already knows what is on the truck, what is coming back from a job that morning and which route passes closest to you. Both turn into a wait if the booking sits in a queue somewhere else.
We are not the largest fleet in the city and we do not pretend to be. What we can do is tell you honestly on the first call whether we can cover your date, rather than confirming it and sorting it out later.
Straight Answers
Unit type, duration and service frequency move the number too much for a headline rate to mean anything. You get a firm figure once we know those three things.
Saturdays in spring and fall, CMA Fest and marathon weekends genuinely book out. If we cannot cover it, we would rather say so while you still have time to call someone else.
There are published guidelines for guest counts and crew sizes, and we work to them. Overselling units is easy money once and no repeat business.
